Directions to Hilulim
- BY CAR
Address for GPS: 400 Granite Road, Kerhonkson, NY
- From the South:
New York State Thruway (I-87) north to exit 18-New Paltz. Turn left on Rte. 299. Go 6 miles to the end & turn right on Rte. 44/55.
Go 8.5 miles; turn right at the sign for HVR&S onto Lower Granite Rd. Go one mile to the stop sign and turn left.
The Hudson Valley Resort & Spa is 1/2 mile ahead on the left. - From Connecticut and Massachusetts:
I-84 will bring you to the NYS thruway (I-87). Then follow the directions above.
- From the North:
New York State Thruway (I-87) South to exit 19-Kingston. Take Rte. 28 (Pine Hill) to Rte. 209 South (Ellenville).
Go 18 miles & turn left on County Rte. 27 in Accord. Go. 0.2 miles, turn right onto Granite Rd.
The Hudson Valley Resort & Spa is 2.3 miles ahead on the right. I-90 will bring you to the NYS Thruway (I-87).
Then follow the directions above. - From the East:
Rte. 17 West (future I-86) to Exit 113-Ellenville/Wurtsboro. Turn right onto Rte. 209 North.
Continue 6 miles past Ellenville & turn right onto Rte. 44/55. Go 1.5 miles & turn left at the sign for HVR&S onto Lower Granite Rd.
Go one mile to the stop sign and turn left. The Hudson Valley Resort & Spa is 1/2 mile ahead on the left. - From the West:
Rte 17 (future I-86) East to exit 113-Ellenville/Wurtsboro. Turn left onto Rte. 209 North. Continue 6 miles past Ellenville & turn right
onto Rte. 44/55. Go 1.5 miles & turn left at the sign for HVR&S onto Lower Granite Rd. Go one mile to the stop sign and turn left.
The Hudson Valley Resort & Spa is 1/2 mile ahead on the left.

- BY PLANE
The closest airport to our hotel is Stewart International Airport (SWF), which is only 45 minutes away.
Alternatively, all of the NYC area airports are fine (JFK, LGA, EWR).
From any of these airports, you have 3 options:

- From SWF: You need to arrange for a driver - these services cost about $75 one way:

- Rent a car and follow directions above.
- Phone a friend - you'd be surprised how many people are coming to Hilulim and would be happy to offer a ride or share a car service.

We are pleased to offer our participants the chance to leave the driving to someone else - take the bus to camp and get the party started early! Space is limited to the first 12 participants - Register early!
- JFK Bus
The bus cost is $80/per person, round trip (sorry, no one-way). It leaves JFK on Thursday November 8 at 12:00 noon, and returns to JFK by 1:00 on Sunday November 11 (after Hilulim ends). Plan your flights accordingly!

We may also be able to add a bus that leaves from and returns to Midtown Manhattan, if there's sufficient interest. The bus will leave at 1:00 on Thursday and return approximately 1:00 pm on Sunday. Send an email to Karen at Talk2KarenK@gmail.com if you are interested in taking the Midtown Hilulim Bus. The cost would be $80 round trip (sorry - no one way registration).
- Late-night Bus and Hotel
This bus leaves Wednesday night (actually Thursday morning at approximately 1:00 AM,) right after the Pre-Hilulim party at the Y ends. The cost for the bus is $80, with return trip to midtown also included. Participants can then add that night of hotel at our Hilulim hotel, for a cost of $100 per room. You decide how many people - the hotel price that night is per room, not per person. Lunch is the first meal after that. If you are interested, contact Karen at talk2karenk@gmail.com.

Short Line Bus has scheduled service from Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC to Kerhonkson. SHORT LINE BUS can be reached at 800-631-8405 or on their Website at http://www.shortlinebus.com for schedule information. Once you arrive in Kerhonkson, take a short
cab ride (7-8 minutes) to the Hudson Valley Resort (Call Accord Kerhonkson at 845-626-9620 or Lees Taxi Shuttle - 845-255-2970)
- Take the Hilulim Bus!
- BY TRAIN
Metro North has scheduled service from Grand Central Terminal in NYC to nearby Poughkeepsie. From Poughkeepsie you take ground transportation (about 45 minutes). One taxi service is Empire Taxi, (845) 454-4444 - available 24 hours a day. Their fare is $70 one way
(if you share with one or two people it's very reasonable!)
